Judith Wallace to Present: Charitable Planning for Artists and Creators – A Two-Part Series for Attorneys and Advisors

On December 9th, 2025 Judith Wallace, Managing Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Art Law practice, will present in Part 1 of a CLE hosted by the New York State Bar Association. Entitled, “Charitable Planning for Artists and Creators – A Two-Part Series for Attorneys and Advisors” topics will include charitable planning during life, income tax consequences, charitable legacy planning considerations, general estate planning considerations and many others.

This online discussion will be moderated by Elisabeth Madden, Managing Director and Head of Fiduciary Services, Rockefeller Global Family Office, Rockefeller Capital Management. Other speakers include, Peter V. Arcese, Esq., Attorney and Counselor at and Joy Glidden, Founding Director, Center for the Preservation of Artists’ Legacies.
