Carter Ledyard is pleased to announce that The New York State Bar Association’s Trust and Estates Law Section has named Carter Ledyard & Milburn associate Kaitlyn T. Wollman as its 2026 Rising Star Fellow. The fellowship provides one attorney with between three and six years of relevant legal experience with the opportunity to become more involved in the Section and the trusts and estates community at large. Kate was announced as the Rising Star at the Section’s Annual Meeting in NYC yesterday.
As a member of Carter Ledyard’s Trusts & Estates Department, Kate’s practice focuses on estate planning and administration of estates and trusts, along with fiduciary litigation.
