Associate Kate Wollman will attend the New York State Bar Association’s Trusts & Estates and Elder Law Sections Fall Meeting in Saratoga Springs, New York.
The two-day program will bring together attorneys, judges and industry professionals for discussions on special needs and Medicaid planning, electronic wills, digital assets, estate litigation, guardianship, ethics and other emerging issues affecting trusts and estates and elder law practitioners.
