Mary Joan Hoene, Counsel in Carter Ledyard’s Corporate and Securities departments, was recently re-elected to the Board of Directors of ASA Gold and Precious Metals Limited, a precious metals and mining fund registered with the SEC. Mary Joan serves as Chair of the Board.
