Trusts and Estates co-chair Michael I. Frankel spoke at the New York State Society of CPAs Annual Estate Planning Conference on May 23rd, 2019. Mr. Frankel was part of a panel that discussed recent developments in estate planning, and he focused on State income taxation of trusts, in light of an expected United States Supreme Court decision in this area.
