On April 3, 2020, Law360 announced the formation of its 2020 Cannabis Editorial Advisory Board, naming Carter Ledyard partner Alex Malyshev to its thirteen-member Panel. The purpose of the Board, which is composed of experts in the field of cannabis and related topics, is to provide feedback on Law360’s coverage and to provide insight on how to best shape future coverage. Alex is the co-chair of Carter Ledyard’s Cannabis, Hemp & CBD industry group, a partner in the Litigation department, and is a frequent speaker and author on the federal, state and international legal landscape affecting the cannabis industry.
