Carter Ledyard partner G. Michael Bellinger represented the NYC Mayoral administration regarding an investigation involving the lifting of a deed restriction on a property known as Rivington House. Investigations were conducted by the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, the New York City Comptroller’s Office and the New York Department of Investigations. All of the investigations were closed. Counsel Melissa Erwin assisted on the matter.
