On July 18, 2024, partner Karen T. Schiele participated as a presenter in the New York City Bar Association CLE Program entitled, “Estate Planning: Misfires of the Rich and Famous VIII”. The program provided attorneys with an outline of the issues faced in the estate planning and administration of various celebrities and provided lessons for practicing attorneys to address similar issues. Ms. Schiele focused her presentation on the estate of Mark Rothko and fiduciary responsibility.
