Paul J. Proulx, whose practice involves representing buyers and sellers of development rights in New York City, moderated a multi-disciplinary panel for the Metropolitan New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute on “Airspace” on May 15, 2019. Mr. Proulx and the panel explored cantilevering and bridging techniques that allow developers to expand their floor-plates beyond the four corners of a zoning lot.
