Carter Ledyard Partner Paul Proulx participated in a panel discussion on Wednesday, hosted by the Pratt Alumni Network, on the State of the Housing New York Plan. Mr. Proulx, a graduate of the Pratt Institute whose practice focuses on affordable housing, land use, zoning and development matters, discussed the current housing crisis in New York City, preserving and creating new and affordable housing options for New Yorkers, how Pratt Alumni remain involved in fighting the crisis, and what work still needs to be done.
