Carter Ledyard partner and elected American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Fellow Preston Demouchet will attend the 2026 ACTEC Mid-Atlantic Regional Meeting, taking place September 25–27 in Baltimore, Maryland.
The meeting will bring together ACTEC Fellows for educational programming on developments in trusts and estates law, including estate and inheritance tax planning, estate litigation, asset protection trusts and planning with joint grantor trusts for married couples.
