Anna practices in the areas of trust and estate administration and estate and gift planning. Anna has extensive experience guiding clients through probate and administration proceedings in the Surrogate’s Courts of New York City and Westchester County, as well as assisting fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates involving a wide range of family dynamics, financial circumstances and cultural backgrounds. Anna also has extensive experience drafting wills, trusts, advance health care directives, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents for both domestic and international clients.
Anna’s background in psychology informs her work with families and individuals. Her understanding of the complex dynamics in situations involving trusts and estates is a significant value to clients facing difficult or delicate scenarios.
