Ashlee Davis is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Department.
Prior to joining Carter Ledyard, Ashlee worked at a Big 4 accounting firm in its Tax Mergers & Acquisitions practice, where she advised private equity sponsors and corporate strategic clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. Her experience includes supporting transaction structuring, conducting diligence on state and local tax matters, and identifying transaction-related risks and planning opportunities.
Ashlee received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as a Staffer on the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy, and the Law. During law school, she also served on the National Board of the National Black Law Students Association and gained in-house legal experience supporting corporate, commercial, and compliance matters at major financial services and consumer brands.
