Danielle Sullivan’s practice concentrates in intellectual property, particularly patent prosecution for both U.S. and foreign patent applications. Ms. Sullivan has assisted clients in the fields of semiconductors, automotive, aeronautics, nuclear power plants, medical, business processes, solar technology, and the mechanical arts, among others. Ms. Sullivan’s expertise extends to every phase of prosecution from the writing of the applications through issuance.
Ms. Sullivan also handles prosecution for copyright and trademark applications and provides support in patent litigation matters.
Ms. Sullivan has previously worked as an associate at a boutique New York IP law firm and as a consulting associate for a large firm in the intellectual property group. In addition, Ms. Sullivan worked as an engineer within a manufacturing plant for a global retail company with over $1 billion in sales and as a project and business analyst within the telecom industry for a Fortune 100 company.
