Yining Bei’s practice focuses on high-stakes, complex commercial litigation, employment and securities litigation, and international arbitration. She represents clients in a wide range of sophisticated disputes, including matters involving complex contractual and business issues.
Yining is particularly drawn to matters that require intensive legal research, careful factual analysis, and the development of clear and persuasive litigation strategies. She has experience assisting with all stages of litigation, including dispositive motion practice, discovery, witness and expert preparation, and trial preparation. She also works on matters involving cross-border issues and international clients.
Drawing on her foreign language skills and international experience, Yining brings a global perspective to her practice and is adept at working across cultural and linguistic differences.
Prior to joining Carter Ledyard in 2024, Yining served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Roslynn R. Mauskopf of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
