Intellectual property partner Rose Auslander moderated a panel at the June 8 Annual Meeting of The Copyright Society of the USA, and was Co-Chair of the Planning Committee for the event. Ms. Auslander led the panel “Ethics and Covert Investigation: Thorny Issues That Only Grow More Dangerous in the Internet Age,” which explored how the ethical quandaries attorneys face in supervising investigations have deepened as commerce has moved to the Internet.
