Senior Environmental Counsel Stephen Kass participated in the Annual Meeting of the American College of Environmental Lawyers at Jackson Hole, Wyoming last week, joining other Fellows of the College from across the U.S. in a review of significant environmental law developments at both national and state levels. Steve also joined the EPA’s new Deputy General Counsel, senior attorneys, and regulators from Colorado, Texas, and Michigan, as well as the General Counsel of the Environmental Defense Fund, in assessing proposals to improve environmental regulation and the College’s role in protecting our nation’s environmental laws.
