Steve McSloy represented Banco Santander for tribal and federal Indian law advice in connection with the $200 million term loan B extended to the Route 66 Development Authority, an arm of the Iowa Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma. The proceeds of the loan were used to fund the construction and development of the Harrah’s Oklahoma Casino in Chandler, Oklahoma, in partnership with Caesars Entertainment, Inc., owner of the Harrah’s brand.
