Carter Ledyard partner Steven Paul McSloy recently taught on a pro bono basis for the California Tribal College’s Program in Tribal Leadership and Governance, a week-long seminar for tribal leaders and government officials from California Indian nations. Steve spoke on federal Indian law and the history behind it.
The California Tribal College is a cooperative effort of more than 67 California nations and native organizations. The program was held from July 24th – 27th, 2023, at the Shingle Springs Rancheria.
