The Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center Receives $75 Million Grant

Carter Ledyard congratulates client The Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center on receiving a $75 million grant from industrialist and philanthropist Ronald O. Perelman to fund the construction, endowment and operations of the Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center (PAC). Pamela A. Mann, Chair of Carter Ledyard’s Tax Exempt Organizations Practice Group, advised the organization with respect to the terms of the written agreement governing the gift. Upon completion, the building will be named the Ronald O. Perelman Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center when it opens in 2020.
