Carter Ledyard corporate counsel Valentino Vasi was interviewed by Beagan Wilcox Volz for the September 22 article “SEC Data Breach Gives Industry Ammo for Rule Delays.” Mr. Vasi said, “A set of regulations similar to the NY rules should apply to the SEC to help insure that another important repository of highly sensitive information does not suffer such a massive breach as suffered by Equifax.”
