Carter Ledyard Client Global SC Finance VII SRL Completes $600 Million Offering

On August 17, 2021, Carter Ledyard client Global SC Finance VII SRL completed an offering to qualified institutional buyers and other eligible investors of $600,000,000 in principal amount of Series 2021-2 Notes. The notes were sold by Deutsche Bank Securities. Deutsche Bank Securities served as the Structuring Agent for the transaction and was the Initial Purchaser of the Notes.
