Carter Ledyard represented the scholarship search app, Scholly, in its sale of key assets to student lender, Sallie Mae (“SLM Corporation”). While the terms of the deal remain undisclosed, the acquisition also includes certain other of Scholly’s platform features including, intellectual property, and selected staff.
