Victor J. Gallo was previously Of Counsel and Bryan J. Gallo is a member of the firm’s Environmental and Land Use Practice Group. His practice focuses primarily on representing a variety of clients in land use and environmental law matters. He assists clients in completing federal (NEPA), state (SEQRA) and other environmental reviews and in obtaining needed environmental permits. Mr. Gallo’s practice includes complex environmental impact statements, litigation, condemnation, environmental due diligence and audits. He also assists real estate owners and developers with construction, contracting and leasing issues, and advises on compliance with asbestos, lead paint and OSHA requirements. Mr. Gallo has over 13 years governmental experience that includes employment with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation. He received his B.S. from University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School of Business in 1988 and his J.D. from Catholic University of America, The Columbus School of Law cum laude in 1994.
Bryan J. Hall is a member of Carter Ledyard’s Corporate Department. He dedicates the majority of his practice to mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters for a variety of public and private corporations, including structuring and maintaining joint ventures and closely-held businesses. He also assists clients with private placements and with commercial contracts, including supply and distribution agreements and licenses. Mr. Hall received his B.S. from Cornell University magna cum laude in 2006 and his J.D. from Cornell Law School magna cum laude in 2009.
