Jeff Boxer, partner and chair of Carter Ledyard’s Trade Secrets and Restrictive Covenants practice, recently participated as a panel member at the 2021 Association of Corporate Counsel meeting, presenting a program titled, “Headwinds & Tailwinds: Latest Developments Impacting the Use & Enforcement of Post-Employment Restrictive Covenants.”
The program focused on recent trends and developments in the law governing non-competes and non-solicitation agreements, including the impact of recent state and federal actions to clarify or limit the use of post-employment restrictions, how to implement and update best practices for drafting and enforcing post-employment restrictions, and the practical application of these agreements.
