Carter Ledyard Promotes Madelyn K. White to Partner, Sarah H. Ganley and Caroline H. Fischer to Counsel

Carter Ledyard is pleased to announce the promotions of Madelyn K. White to partner, Sarah H. Ganley to counsel, and Caroline H. Fischer to counsel, effective January 1, 2026. Madelyn White is an experienced litigator and partner in the firm’s White-Collar Criminal Defense, First Amendment and Media Law, Condemnation, and Employment practice groups. Sarah Ganley is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice as well as the Hemp & CBD and Cybersecurity and Data Privacy groups, representing a broad array of clients hailing from a variety of jurisdictions and industries. Caroline Fischer advises clients in our Trusts & Estates practice, focusing on estate planning and the administration of estates and trusts, wealth transfer, tax, and charitable giving.
