We are pleased to announce that Victor J. Gallo and Bryan J. Hall have been promoted to partner effective January 1, 2015. Mr. Gallo, formerly counsel, is a member of the Litigation Department and the Environmental and Land Use Practice Group and focuses primarily on representing a variety of clients in land use and environmental law matters. Mr. Hall, formerly an associate, is a member of the Corporate Department and dedicates the majority of his practice to mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions for a variety of public and private corporations.
