NEW YORK, July 2, 2026 — Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP is pleased to announce that it represented the owner of The Lowell Hotel in New York City, in connection with the closing of a $106 million commercial real estate financing by a Blue Owl affiliate. The transaction closed on July 2, 2026.
The financing is secured by The Lowell Hotel, a 5-star luxury hotel located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Carter Ledyard advised the borrower on the negotiation, documentation and closing of the loan, including related real estate, corporate, hotel management, cash management and collateral matters.
