Carter Ledyard Serves as U.S. Counsel to MTS in Merger with SharpLink

Carter Ledyard client Mer Telemanagement Solutions Ltd. (Nasdaq: MTSL) (“MTS”) recently completed a merger with SharpLink, Inc. Headquartered in Israel, MTS is a global provider of solutions for telecommunications expense management (TEM), call accounting and contact center software. Headquartered in Minnesota, SharpLink is a leading online technology company that connects sports fans, leagues and sports websites to relevant and timely sports betting content. The newly combined company, renamed Sharplink Gaming, will be traded on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “SBET”.

Steve Glusband and Guy Ben Ami served as U.S. counsel to MTS throughout the transaction. Jennifer MacDonald, Patricia Matzye and Victoria Rudtke assisted with various aspects of this transaction.
