Bolstering Carter Ledyard’s Cross-Border Suite of Practices
(New York, NY, October 28, 2025) Carter Ledyard is pleased to announce the launch of an expanded regional, cross-border group. The Asia-Pacific Cross Border Practice is a group of lawyers focused on assisting clients in the region with US inbound legal matters. After years of supporting clients in cross-border matters throughout the region and previously focused on Chinese companies, the steep increase in client requests for a broader regional scope motivated Firm leadership to expand the practice.
Further, the practice scope to Asia-Pacific clients offers a focus on Initial Public Offerings and Securities, specifically aimed at supporting the unique needs of clients from the region with U.S. inbound offerings.
