Pang represents Fortune 500 companies, middle-market enterprises, start-up ventures, and high-net-worth individual clients and serves both public companies with world-renowned brands as well as emerging private enterprises with innovative technologies and strategies. In addition to handling commercial transactions ranging from small-cap venture capital financings to multi-billion dollar acquisitions, she also serves as outside general counsel for several clients.

Pang advises both domestic and international clients in a wide variety of issues, including mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, joint ventures, litigations and trusts & estates issues. Her representative matters involve high-profile IPO matters, complex deals by global investment powerhouses and litigation strategies against adversaries with dominating statures. She also guides her trusts & estates clients through the most intricate estate planning affairs.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Pang chairs the firm’s China Practice Group. She leads multi-disciplinary teams in assisting U.S.-based clients on issues related to their operations and business conflicts in China and supporting Chinese clients in a wide variety of transactional, dispute resolution, and trusts & estates activities in the United States.

As a well-recognized authority in U.S.-China cross-border legal matters, Pang frequently accepts invitations by Chinese government agencies and bar associations to give presentations and seminars on crucial current legal topics. Her high-profile representations include advising the Chinese National People’s Congress in connection with the revision of Chinese Contract Law and counseling the Chinese Ministry of Commerce on current developments in M&A in western countries.
