Litigation counsel Matthew D. Dunn has been appointed to the Association of the Bar of the City of New York’s E-Discovery Working Group. Mr. Dunn focuses his practice on complex litigation matters, including general commercial litigation, breach of contract and commercial torts, trusts and estates litigation, and securities-related litigation. Mr. Dunn has represented clients in state and federal courts, in FINRA and international arbitrations, and in connection with government agency investigations.
