On December 31, 2020, Carter Ledyard client CooperSurgical, Inc. completed its acquisition of Embryo Options, an established leader in cryo-storage software solutions for clinics and patients. CooperSurgical is a subsidiary of The Cooper Companies, Inc. (NYSE), a leading global medical device company operating in the vision care and women’s health industries.
