On Thursday 7/26, Partner Pang Zhang-Whitaker hosted a group of approximately 30 executives from CRRC at the offices of Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP. CRRC, the largest manufacturer of rolling stock in the world, recently won a $647 million contract to help build the Los Angeles Metro and a $1.3 billion contract to aid the construction of rail cars in Chicago. Partners Jack Griem, Keith Nowak and Tom Davis presented information about protecting and licensing US intellectual property rights and managing disputes concerning those rights, and Pang moderated a question-and-answer session.
