Kevin Simpson is an associate in the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on helping his clients navigate and resolve complex business disputes involving breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, and contract disputes. He also has experience with trade secrets and restrictive covenant litigation as well as employment investigations and wage and hours litigation. Prior to joining Carter Ledyard, Kevin clerked for the Supreme Court of New Jersey, The Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, P.J.A.D. He also had the opportunity at Duke Law to work on complex civil and criminal litigation in various internships and as part of the school’s clinical education and externship programs.
