Shaelyn Gambino Morrison is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense.
Shaelyn has extensive experience with multi-jurisdictional litigation and cross-border disputes, including international arbitration. She has particular experience advising non-U.S. clients on concurrent proceedings in the U.S. and abroad, including matters involving attachment of assets and Section 1782 requests.
Her experience includes international arbitration, litigating complex business disputes, securities fraud matters, cross-border disputes, and white-collar criminal defense in federal and state courts. Her pro bono experience includes representing unaccompanied minors in immigration matters and representing clients in civil rights claims.
She received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law where she was an Articles Editor of the Public Interest Law Journal, a participant in the International Human Rights Law Clinic, and a Litman Fellow with the Harvard Defenders. During law school, she interned with the Innocence Project and the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights in Berlin, Germany.
