Trusts and Estates partner Theodore R. Wagner was mentioned in Broadwayworld.com’s September 17 article “The New 42nd Street to Mark 25th Anniversary Tomorrow.” Theodore Wagner was named as one of the founding board members of the New 42nd Street, the nonprofit organization responsible for revitalizing 42nd Street and the Times Square historic area. Wagner stepped down from the board last week after serving for 25 years.
