On October 27, the Firm co-hosted a gathering assembled by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of business leaders to discuss the real estate climate in New York. Leading the discussion was Bryan Hall, Chair of the Corporate Department and Co-Chair of the Cross Border Department, and partner Bob Koen of the Real Estate practice, joined by counsel Rocco Sainato and emceed by associate Claudia Carbone and senior associate Micaela Conte. The state of commercial real estate, office-to-residential conversions, and back-to-work trends were discussed among other key metrics and forecasts for the New York market for both investors and owners.
