On March 17, 2021, Carter Ledyard client Global SC Finance VII SRL completed an offering to qualified institutional buyers and other eligible investors of $600,000,000 in principal amount of Series 2021-1 Notes. The notes were sold through a group of investment banks, with RBC Capital Markets and Deutsche Bank Securities serving as Structuring Agents for the transaction. Global SC Finance VII SRL is a subsidiary of Seaco SRL, one of the world’s leading marine container leasing companies, and was represented by Carter Ledyard lawyers James Gadsden, Steven Paul McSloy and Brielle E.
