Carter Ledyard Represents Prime Harvest in Alternative IPO

Carter Ledyard represented Prime Harvest, a technology-focused full-service cannabis company, in its Reg A+ IPO. Prime Harvest is a Delaware corporation based in California that deals with recreational and medical cannabis.

The maximum offering amount is $42 million, and it was made by way of Regulation A+, also known as a mini-public offering. The Offering has officially been qualified by the SEC which authorizes Prime Harvest to begin its anticipated platform, Weed 4 The People.  Carter Ledyard’s client offers safe cannabis access and with this offering, enables the expansion of JAXX Cannabis, the Company’s main retail store and delivery service in California.

Guy Lander, chair of Carter Ledyard’s Securities Practice and co-chair of its Cannabis, Hemp and CBD Industry Group, led the deal, with support from partner Guy Ben-Ami.
