Canada Cross-Border Practice Advises on Issuance of Senior Unsecured Notes

(New York, NY, July 28, 2025) Carter Ledyard is pleased to announce that we assisted our client, Tamarack Valley Energy, a TSX listed oil developer in Canada, in a private placement offering of $325 million aggregate principal amount of 6.875% senior unsecured notes due July 25, 2030.

The Firm’s Securities and Canada Cross-Border group advised on the deal with partner Guy P. Lander leading the matter, with support from associate Paul J. Brown III.
