Carter Ledyard Assists Client in Changing Control of NF Energy Saving Corporation
Carter Ledyard assisted its client, Mr. Yongquan Bi, execute a change of control of publically-traded NF Energy Saving Corporation (NASDAQ: NFEC) by changing the composition of its Board of Directors, by obtaining the written consent of a majority of NF Energy’s shareholders in accordance with Delaware law. NF Energy is a leading China-based provider of energy conservation solutions which utilize energy-saving equipment, technical services and energy management re-engineering project operations, mainly for customers in the electrical generation, water supply and heat supply industries. Carter Ledyard attorneys Pang Zhang-Whitaker, Steve Glusband and Guy Ben-Ami provided legal counsel to Mr. Yongquan Bi.
