Mark Jackson is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate practice. Mr. Jackson is a goal-focused real estate attorney and general counsel with expertise in complex lease transactions and large-scale mixed-use developments. He has served as counsel to three of New York’s most impactful mixed-use commercial districts — the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Two Trees’ commercial properties, and Jamestown’s Industry City — where he managed litigation, secured entitlements, negotiated with stakeholders, and oversaw nearly all legal aspects of commercial real estate development and operations.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Jackson was a construction manager with prominent real estate developer Lend Lease, and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras developing civic infrastructure improvements.
Mr. Jackson is a graduate of Columbia College and Brooklyn Law School, as well as the Coro Leadership NY program. He is licensed to practice in New York and Washington, D.C.
