In addition to handling commercial transactions ranging from small-cap venture capital financings to multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, she also serves as outside general counsel for several clients.

Pang advises both domestic and international clients in a wide variety of issues, including capital markets and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, litigations and trusts & estates issues. Her representative matters involve high-profile IPO matters, complex deals by global investment powerhouses and litigation strategies against adversaries with dominating statures. She also guides her trusts & estates clients through the most intricate estate planning affairs.

Pang chairs the firm’s Asia Pacific Cross-Border Practice Group and the Initial Public Offering and Securities Practice – Asia Pacific. She leads multi-disciplinary teams in assisting clients with Asia Pacific connections in a wide variety of transactional, dispute resolution, and trusts & estates activities in the United States.

As a well-recognized authority in cross-border legal matters, Pang frequently accepts invitations by government agencies and bar associations to give presentations and seminars on crucial current legal topics.
